Opportunity Summary:
We are excited to be partnering with an entrepreneurial company located in an Eastern Suburb of Cleveland, OH who designs and manufacturers innovative industrial motion control products in their search for a Marketing Manager. This position is a hands-on role that is accountable for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy to generate leads and increase market awareness for their innovative industrial actuation products. Job Duties:
- Lead and direct the team to increase qualified lead generation.
- Identifies, performs, assigns and prioritizes key actions to accomplish the company’s lead generation success.
- Create the strategy, implement, and measure results for digital marketing to generate leads and support our growth objectives including SEO, Paid Ads, YouTube, Linked In and others.
- Develop and implement the website strategy including updates, new content, videos, blogs and white papers.
- Creates monthly reports on key metrics that impact lead generation including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- In conjunction with the sales team, manage the CRM for e-mail campaigns, vertical marketing and other targeted communications including messaging, copy development, graphics, results measurement and other content.
- Assist with preparations and executing trade shows, both direct shows and Channel Partner events including establishing show objectives, messaging, contracts, exhibit hall coordination, logistics, setup and teardown.
- Assist with developing our Sales Channel Partners to leverage our marketing activity and collaboration.
- Market research and development of highly targeted messaging to prospective target customers including identification of key contacts and decision makers.
- Create content for marketing communications including copy, videos and still images.
- Develop brochures and promotional pieces.
- Manage the marketing calendar.
- Other duties as applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of working experience in a Sales & Marketing position in a B to B environment involving marketing of technical products.
- Track record of achieving measurable marketing results.
- Extensive working experience with all aspects of digital marketing including current and emerging approaches, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media, creating marketing content, website design, photo editing, etc.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, SEM Rush, GA4, Ad Words, Constant Contact, Slack Social, Canva, social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, and effectively managing multiple priorities through others and self contributions.
- Strong follow-up skills, excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Makes fact-based decisions to drive results using data analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Operates effectively in a team environment.
- Hard working, hands-on with a high sense of urgency.
- Innovative; develops and implements new ideas.
- Achieves results by working with outside contractors as needed.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and process.
