Marketing Manager, Sustainability and Baby Registry - Amazon

Baby Registry and Climate Pledge Friendly are flagship Amazon shopping programs which engage customers around specific areas of interest or need. Baby Registry helps parents-to-be prepare for the arrival and early needs of their child and Climate Pledge Friendly helps customers discover and shop for more sustainable products. What is the role? We are seeking a customer obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to own the on-site merchandising and content experience for both Baby Registry and Climate Pledge Friendly. This person must be able to communicate with customers effectively online through careful development of online creative. We are seeking someone to help us scale online merchandising processes by inventing and simplifying. You will innovate on behalf of the customer, dive deep into what works and what doesn't, and have a strong bias for action to drive meaningful customer engagement. Who are we seeking? Key job responsibilities -Serve as the front line owner of Baby Registry and Climate Pledge Friendly on-site customer experience via executing on-site merchandising -Develop audience-specific messaging and marketing content -Activate demand driving tactics with cross-functional partners -Identify repetitive actions in our day to day and recommend ways to scale and increase bandwidth -Understand, measure and evaluate how your initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams Preferred Qualifications - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
