What You'll Do As A Marketing Manager Trainee:

• Assist in the creation and execution of direct marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth
• Develop strategies to attract and nurture leads, focusing on converting them into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing feedback for future improvements
• Implement strategies to engage existing customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
