Job Overview
As a Marketing and Market Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to balance dynamic team interactions with the focus of independent work. Your main responsibilities will include managing social media marketing, attending local events, creating content, and partnering with external marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an external digital marketing team to provide content and ensure alignment with brand strategies
- Attend local events and capture engaging content, including photos and videos of projects and installations
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Manage marketing calendars and budgets, including vendor and buying group marketing funds
- Plan and execute market development events to drive engagement with key partners such as architects, designers, builders, and estate managers
- Create, edit and publish blogs, newsletters, and other content in collaboration with external agencies
- Utilize photography and videography skills to capture both internal and external content for marketing use
Qualifications
- 4 years of marketing experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is optional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of photography and videography, including capturing and editing content
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with an eye for design
- Portfolio showcasing previous work is highly desired

Compensation
$70,000-$90,000 Based on Experience
Work Environment
- This role is primarily based in Irvine, CA. with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time
