Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Marketing Team! The Retail and Marketing Operations Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities:
- In-Store Consumer Journey Improvements
- Support future merchandising opportunities
- Track in-store execution on stand alone fixtures and identify stores in need of new/different merchandising
- Monitor ROI monthly to determine future investment opportunities
- Study market research and visit other retail entities to drive simplicity and "self-service" for the consumer in stores and online
- Create trend inspired merchandising that can change out seasonally
- Support future merchandising opportunities
- Bali Designer Collection Expansion/Improvements
- Work with new regional shutter providers and marketing teams to support growth across all stores
- Help with new customer set up within the BaliDC portal
- Work with PjM to ensure proper execution through material ordering/tracking, FSR communication, and master program data management
- Support creative marketing efforts to boost employee and consumer confidence with the program
- Survey current sellers to further refine the current offering within the program
- Work with new regional shutter providers and marketing teams to support growth across all stores

What We’re Looking For
- Previous internship experience in relevant function
- Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior/Senior level
- Marketing, Project Management and/or Economics/Data Science Major Preferred
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
