As the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our marketing technology stack and refining processes to drive demand generation efforts. FinQuery's headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA, this role will be hybrid and sit in Atlanta, GA.
What you will be doing:
- Lead Marketing Operations Strategy: Take full ownership of the marketing operations strategy and oversee the day-to-day management of our MarTech stack, including tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, ChiliPiper, and Salesloft, among others.
- Optimize HubSpot and Lead Data Management: Lead the optimization of HubSpot, managing data quality, lead scoring, lead syncing, campaign workflows, lead distribution, reporting, and performance analysis. Ensure data accuracy and streamline processes to enhance lead handling and outcomes.
- Enhance Database Quality: Develop and implement processes to improve database quality continually, including deduplication and regular data analysis, to maintain data integrity and improve campaign targeting.
- Integrate Martech Platforms: Oversee seamless integrations across all marketing technologies, including HubSpot and Salesforce, with the goal of creating a single, comprehensive view of prospect data.
- Measure and Report Campaign Performance: Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Development Teams: Partner with the marketing and sales development teams to implement best practices across all inbound and outbound campaigns, driving alignment and consistency.
- Serve as Marketing Operations Expert: Act as the primary subject matter expert in marketing operations, providing training, documentation, and guidance on best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Support Cross-Functional Operations: Build strong partnerships with other operations functions within the organization, aligning goals and driving cohesive strategies.
What experience and skills we need you to have:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience within a B2B setting (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with marketing operations and CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce required; Salesforce admin credentials preferred, HubSpot certification a plus)
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft) and data intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Proven experience in managing and implementing industry-standard marketing operations practices
- Expertise in Marketing Operations and CRM Tools: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (Salesforce admin credentials preferred) and experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.
- Data Intelligence Platform Experience: Knowledge of platforms such as ZoomInfo for enhanced lead and market insights.
- In-Depth Understanding of Marketing Operations Best Practices: Strong grasp of lead generation and nurturing, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, data hygiene, and segmentation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Project Management Proficiency: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including planning, tracking, and accountability.
- Proactive and Adaptable: Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and respond proactively to new challenges.
