- Manages general activities of an organization's operations in a non-manufacturing environment

Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to understand and recognize patterns and anomalies; Ability to use tools like Excel, SQL, or specialized pricing software for data manipulation and analysis
- Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication to explain pricing capabilities and supported platform functionality to stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and leadership
- Project Management: Ability to manage several projects and requests from conception through to implementation
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with complex software and systems; Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems to integrate pricing data with other business operations
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust based on changes to BU strategies in response to market feedback, economic changes, or internal business shifts
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies, processes and best practices
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address tool and system issues, discrepancies, or stakeholder requests related to pricing and promotion implementation
- Attention to Detail: Precision in pricing offer set up, ensuring consistency across tools and systems, and accuracy in all pricing-related documentation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
