ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and executing UrVenue's marketing strategy with a strong focus on both general and digital marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with various departments, this utility player will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to: content writing, B2B email marketing and strategy, social media management, along with an ability for creative design. This position is on-site and will be operating from our Las Vegas office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is highly motivated as well as a creative thinker who excels at crafting compelling marketing messages and has a proven track record of thinking outside the box.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with UrVenue's brand and business goals.
Write and edit high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
Design and execute B2B email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists based on client profiles and behavior to deliver targeted messages.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize email marketing efforts to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall ROI.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and curate compelling content that reflects UrVenue's brand voice and values.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community.
Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, and digital ads.
Ensure all creative assets align with UrVenue's branding guidelines and messaging.
Collaborate on the development of multimedia content, including videos and animations.
Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive results.
Develop unique messaging that differentiates UrVenue in the marketplace.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
Proven experience in content creation (writing, blogging, editing), B2B email marketing, social media management, and creative design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
