Schedule: Hybrid (Tue-Thur Onsite)
Pay: Up to $34.86/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and requires a hybrid schedule working out of Culver City.
Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata.
- Confirm customer facing asset titles and platform placement.
- Track incoming source Marketing assets.
- Order globally localized Marketing assets.
- Continually update processes & procedure documentation.
- Monitor milestone and partner due dates.
- Update schedules daily.
- Issue alerts if the project due date is at risk.
- Provide status reports to our internal teams and other stakeholders through to final delivery.
- Work with internal creative teams and 3rd party vendors on workflows and QC.
- Analyze reports and put together recaps.
- Represent the group in various meetings.
- Additional ad hoc project support as needed.
- Help call out issues when they arise and find solutions.
- Present to management on project status and schedules.
- Develop and exercise cross-functional influence, translating between business owners and technical teams.
- Work on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service or marketing agency.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience working in marketing operations or marketing asset workflow coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
