Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and requires a hybrid schedule working out of Culver City.
 
Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

• Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata.
• Confirm customer facing asset titles and platform placement.
• Track incoming source Marketing assets.
• Order globally localized Marketing assets.
• Continually update processes & procedure documentation. 
• Monitor milestone and partner due dates.
• Update schedules daily.
• Issue alerts if the project due date is at risk.
• Provide status reports to our internal teams and other stakeholders through to final delivery.
• Work with internal creative teams and 3rd party vendors on workflows and QC.
• Analyze reports and put together recaps.
• Represent the group in various meetings.
• Additional ad hoc project support as needed.
• Help call out issues when they arise and find solutions.
• Present to management on project status and schedules.
• Develop and exercise cross-functional influence, translating between business owners and technical teams.
• Work on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects.

Marketing Operations Specialist Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service or marketing agency.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience working in marketing operations or marketing asset workflow coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
