Marketing Operations Specialist
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations, utilizing technology, data, analytics, and processes. The Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes marketing automation platforms and systems to streamline and enhance campaigns and processes. This position can be on-site or remote.
Qualifications
· Familiarity working with marketing automation tools with Marketo, or similar email automation software like Hubspot, Pardot, Exact Target, Constant Contact
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or Salesforce) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform or similar platforms
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to document processes and information
· Proficiency/knowledge in HTML, a plus
· 2 or more years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in designing, building, and implementing marketing automation workflows, such as: nurturing, scoring, and segmentation
· Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
· Contribute to managing the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data
· Support day-to-day operations
· Assist process improvements across marketing operations
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
· Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign elements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
