Position Summary:

As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of key marketing systems, ensure the efficient management of the department’s budget, and provide valuable reports and data to help leadership evaluate our marketing efforts. You will independently manage projects, collaborate with managers, and bring innovative ideas that drive operational excellence. This role requires creativity, flexibility, and strong project coordination skills. You'll interact with various levels of management, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of projects.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel to manage, update, and renew department contracts.
• Oversee department budget tracking, ensuring expenditures align with budgetary goals, and proactively report budget status to leadership.
• Handle budget-related transactions like invoice processing, account reconciliation, and journal entries for designated service lines.
• Conduct annual budget analysis in collaboration with the VP and department managers, offering recommendations on expenditures or cutbacks.
• Support financial best practices and contribute to achieving operational excellence.
• Assist in managing marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and maintain online listings on platforms like Healthgrades, Vitals, Google, and more.
• Ensure all department activities comply with established guidelines and procedures.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts within the department.

What You Will Bring:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:Associate's degree in marketing, accounting, or business.
• Experience: At least 2 years in marketing, legal, or accounting roles with strong project management and budgeting experience.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, or business.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, legal, or accounting.
• Skills: A creative problem-solver with a passion for optimizing processes.
