This position can be Part-Time or Full-Time.  Compensation will reflect our commitment to, and expectations of, the business development role. 

You’ll be responsible for 4 major areas in this role: 

• Follow our proven interview process to invite prospects to appear on our Business Spotlight video podcast series
• Follow our qualification process to ensure those prospects are in our target market of Construction, Trades, Manufacturing, Distribution or Professional Services
• Use our proven interview process as a guaranteed door opener with tactics that you choose – telemarketing, door knocking, networking, LinkedIn, email, etc. – but using the same scripting and qualification tools.
• Tracking activity and results in Hubspot CRM

We are looking for a self-motivated professional at any stage of your career to bring our interview process in house. 

Using contractors, we've already created, tested, measured and applied this process over the past 4 years to complete 1500+ written interviews.  Then we applied it to video and have now produced more than 75 video podcasts in our Success Chronicles - Business Spotlight series

It has become our premiere lead generation tool, and now we’re bringing this process in house to expand it, and use it with our other lead gen tactics.
