Description:
Looking for a candidate who will help drive Marketing Activation and Strategy within the CMO Client Business Group / Brand team. This role will partner with an Associate Director to spearhead strategic positioning and messaging, and driving holistic marketing plans that build brand consistency across multiple customer touch points. This candidate must show a willingness and ability to partner with and lead key stakeholders across the Enterprise / Public Sector team and across the broader CMO for Network driven initiatives as well as cross-functional marketing teams, insights and agency partners.

- Partner with your manager to help drive integration across CMO and agency teams shaping strategic development against core business objectives, insights and data
- Responsible for helping lead planning and communication, presentations, and deliverables, as well as coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives with internal creative teams and agency partners
- Manage performance and optimization of strategic messaging
- Confidently presenting creative messaging, sell/defend creative strategy and work to stakeholders at various levels.
- Partnering with PMO and the Agency team to ensure schedules/budgets are met.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have the following:
- Six or more years of experience in marketing strategy, creating demand for B2B, B2C or complex markets/audiences.
- General business analytical skills and ability to quickly synthesize data at the micro and macro level.
- Strategic ability to inspire and provide effective direction/input to teams and agency partners
- Ability to take smart risks; defends work and makes strategic decisions.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentations to leadership and public speaking.
- Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in the development and implementation of successful integrated communications programs for the products/services assigned.
- Proven success in managing and leading in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to solve unexpected challenges, break bottlenecks and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen and experience with presenting to senior leadership.
