Job Summary:
We currently seek a dynamic Marketing Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight to drive, coordinate, and monitor overall marketing campaigns operations including scheduling, planning, product and project cost analysis. This role will be heavily involved in leading the cross-functional teams from sales, marketing and alliances. You must have an exceptional project management and communication skills in order to succeed in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Director, Corporate Communications and Supermicro partner and Supermicro purchasing department to manage the overall partner marketing project plan and translate it into detailed operational plan broken down into tasks, ownerships, and deadlines
• Work with extended marketing, sales, product management to handle product launches and other major activities
• Conduct weekly project meetings and daily morning standup meetings to track progress and milestones per the plan above. Take meeting minutes and track action items.
• Keep the team on-schedule with the right quality of deliverables, help remove obstacles and coordinate cross-functionally if needed. Bubble up things to the VP if necessary
• Provide periodic reports and assessment to the VP for overall health per the plan
• Prepare end-of-quarter detailed analysis of performance across critical marketing functions by pulling the statistics from key tools, such as demand-gen, lead-gen, AR/PR, content, email campaigns, social media, for internal marketing department review and partner assessment and MDF (marketing development funds) reimbursement.
• Track the marketing spend, invoicing, and other budgetary items for review and analysis by partner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or other related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in program/project management driving complex and diverse projects across distributed teams
• Assertive style to push the team to adhere to their commitments and stay on schedule, while strong soft skills to get things done
• Extremely detailed oriented to turn all stones and think all possibilities and permutations
• Strong collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and persuasive skills. Ability to influence others and get things done in a matrix organization. Great communicator.
• High energy and self-driven with multitasking, problem-solving, working comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
EEO Statement
Salary Range: $89,000 - $140,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
