Marketing Project Manager - BATHING BRANDS INC

Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is searching for a Marketing Project Manager.

This multifaceted role will combine your Marketing Project Manager expertise with event planning skills and market research capabilities to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. As Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the creative development process to include but not limited to video productions, photo shoots, social media and digital assets, printed materials, and coordinating large-scale events.

Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from conception to completion
• Oversee and coordinate work of graphic designers and copywriters
• Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Facilitate communication between creative teams and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks
• Report project status to upper management on a weekly basis
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 5 years’ on-the-job experience in marketing project management
• Experience with project management software tools such as Asana is required
• Strong understanding of creative processes and design principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Agency experience is highly valued
