Responsibilities: The Marketing and Promotions Representative is integral to our Marketing and Promotions team, serving as a primary communication point across projects and supporting team and client needs from start to finish. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll communicate our record of excellence and drive strategic marketing and promotions initiatives within this exciting, fast-growing field.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Define and execute tailored marketing and promotions strategies for assigned territories.
• Build and manage promotions in designated areas using advanced marketing tools and techniques provided by our expert team members.
• Analyze marketing and consumer metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and regularly reporting on outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by guiding them through current promotions and assisting with customized packages to meet their needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business development, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• Strong interest in analyzing products, customer behavior, and market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and perspectives, with an ability to think creatively and devise unique campaign ideas.
• Flexible availability to support client needs during weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
