Marketing Representative - Farmers Insurance

We are expanding our established Insurance Agency in Newbury Park, CA and looking to add a team member in the role of Marketing Representative. This role will be focused on helping the agency to secure new clients, as well as offering additional products and services to our existing clients. This represents a great opportunity to grow and advance with the agency, with no insurance industry experience required.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Marketing Farmers Products & Services
• Gathering data from clients & prospects
• Scheduling client meetings
• Recording interactions in our agency CRM
• Following up on sales opportunities
• Assist in creating insurance proposals
• Managing a sales pipeline

We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible, with canidates meeting the following requirements:

• Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Self-Starter
• Proficent in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to work independently
• Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• No previous insurance industry experience required
• If not already licesned, secure insurance licenses within 30-60 days of hire (Full-time opportunity once licensed)
