Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a Marketing Research Analyst with s trong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills to gather and analyze IT industry data. This position will be in charge of providing accurate data and insights to aid in high-level decision making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze competitive and IT industry data from credible industry sources.
• Analyze and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Create reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making, identify market trends, and improve competitiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs
• Monitorand forecastmarket and sales trends
• Stayupdated on market developments, consumer behavior, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and presentation (ppt) skills.
• IT work experience is a plus. Computer hardware industry experience is a plus. Bilingual (with English) is a plus.
• They can work independently or as part of a team.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
