The Marketing/Sales Coordinator will support the efforts of the Business Development department through various projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. Experience working with online documentations and proposal software is desirable. Must be proficient in the use of computer based applications such as Microsoft Office suites, as well as possess strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written skills.
Responsibilities

- Construct graphic design for invitations, flyers, digital welcomes sign and miscellaneous projects
- Generate graphs, table, organization charts as needed for projects or proposals
- Design, edit, and perform maintenance of project profiles
- Perform routine maintenance and development of company website
- Create posts and monitor social media accounts
- Design and prepare company brochure
- Create, implement, and oversee Marketing/Business Development templates (Proposal materials, presentations, resumes, project profiles, etc…)
- Coordinate advertising production (print, billboard, digital, online, etc…)
- Develop job/project proposals as requested
- Pre-Qualifications (RFI,NDA’s)

- Proposal Support (RFP Coordination, Creation, Execution, and Delivery)
- Event Support inlcuding planning, execution, and participation
- Internal/External Presentation Support, Coordination and Execution
- Strategic Marketing Campaign on social media to create more visibility for the benefit of the Houston Business units

Qualifications
Physical
- Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms
- Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms
- Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, use hands and fingers to handle and feel
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Will need to perform sedentary work
Mental
- Must have the ability to direct others and communicate effectively with other management/ supervision
- Talking and reading & writing comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy
- Ability to use math/complete calculations
- Must be able to concentrate amid distractions and remember details
- Ability to use computer, keyboard, telephone and other office devices
