You are:
A creative, innovative Marketing Senior Manager who is responsible for marketing strategy, planning, and campaign development, and content for our Data & AI Capability. Your marketing programs are focused on advancing our Data & AI objectives, finding new ways to advance our positioning, amplify our differentiation, generate interest in key priority areas, and create meaningful touchpoints with decisionmakers and influencers.
You love the challenge of designing marketing strategies that are client-centric, capability relevant, and opportunity aligned. And you bring to life the connections between our Data & AI leaders, experts, and technologists, and our partners and channels to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Data & AI business lead, offerings leads, and strategy leads to understand the business strategy, growth offerings, sales plays, assets and solutions, and strategic ecosystem partner relationships, and translate those priorities into marketing strategy.
- Design and activate integrated marketing programs to support increased brand awareness, differentiation, and consideration in priority growth areas for Data & AI.
- Curate end-to-end client journeys (that incorporate digital, social, content, events, forums) to create meaningful engagement with decisionmakers and influencers
- Co-create campaigns and activities with Marketing, Media, and Communications colleagues in Accenture Federal Services and Accenture to create greater impact and alignment, and a seamless client experience.
- Infuse data-driven analysis across all activities, and measure and refine campaigns and activities against goals and measurements.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 12 years of marketing in a professional services, technology, or similar field
Preferred Qualifications
- Government industry marketing experience or exposure preferred
- Experience with large matrixed organizations preferred
- Experience marketing for technology organizations or business leads

- Demonstrated ability to plan, present, direct, and execute a mix of marketing approaches and programs to achieve specific goals
- Ability to navigate a complex environment and manage ambiguity with agility
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
