Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projects
- Create digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goals
- Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals.
- Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
- Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
- Strategic thinker: strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Process Mindset: ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvement
- Effective Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to work with other teams cross-functionality
- Organized and Accountable: Ability to manage timelines, self-pride in work, ownership of deliverables within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver: Ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challenges
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
