Marketing Specialist - Sunray Companies

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Social media management of businesses with a focus on ad campaigns
• Create graphics and materials such as flyers, ads, handouts, presentations and similar using Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint
• Create written content for website, social media, recruiting and other campaigns
• Oversee coordination and execution of community and retail events in partnership with unit management
• Create, maintain and analyze reports and spreadsheets tied to marketing, sales, campaigns and similar projects
• Place ad and digital media requests as required
• Coordinate and execute designated culture touchpoints
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
• Special projects or other duties as assigned by the VP of Culture & Marketing or company owners

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required.
• A minimum of two years' experience in marketing, advertising, social media management, community marketing or similar work experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher are required along with basic graphic design skills.
• Deep understanding and use of all forms of social media is required. Background in social media ad campaigns, digital search and SEO are a plus.
• Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, problem resolution, analyzation and reasoning abilities is a must.
• Strong written and communications skills are required.
• Positive energy that facilitates a culture of teamwork.
• Some travel, evenings and weekends are required.
