Tocaro Blue is a passionate team bringing real innovation to the recreational marine industry. Our flagship product is PROTEUS; a hardware device that combines sensor information from the vessel’s RADAR, depth transducer, and various data sets with AI/ML models. This information appears as an intuitive display, enabling confidence and enhanced awareness for the captain.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media performance. Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Coordinate event logistics, manage registrations, and support on-site event operations as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collateral Management: Manage the creation, distribution, and inventory of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing activities, such as printing, advertising, and promotional items. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
- Brand Building: Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a coordinator or assistant capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience with email tools (e.g. Klavyio, Mailchimp)
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
