Mozaic (a chapter of NYSARC) is looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist in Waterloo, NY. If you are creative with strong design skills and a passion for marketing, we invite you to apply for the Marketing Specialist position.

Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in organizing, designing, and producing all electronic and print marketing materials for Arctic Gear, Finger Lakes Textiles (FLT), and Mozaic. This position oversees the branding and marketing strategies for Arctic Gear, FLT, and Mozaic, ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. Responsibilities include managing product design, photography, videography, and maintaining the websites and social media presence for Arctic Gear, FLT, and Mozaic. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist creates targeted campaigns to boost visibility, drive Arctic Gear sales, expand FLT partnerships, and increase donations and collaborations with Mozaic.

Marketing Specialist Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of B.S or B.A. from an accredited college or university preferred. Advanced user of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design as well as other mediums for Graphic Design preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool preferred. Product design and product marketing experience preferred. An advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week

Location: Seneca County

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $24.00
