- Create, execute, and manage all corporate marketing, with an
emphasis on overall branding and professional driver recruiting
advertising efforts.
- Develop and successfully execute annual recruiting and marketing
plans and a comprehensive understanding and expertise in managing
marketing budgets.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels in English
and Ukrainian languages, including website, YouTube, blog, social
media, email newsletters, and webinars, to attract and nurture leads
throughout the sales funnel.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM,
display advertising, and social media advertising, to drive traffic,
conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market
trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze key
performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize marketing
campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing
efforts with sales objectives, support lead generation efforts, and
ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage and execute multimedia advertising approach including
pay-per-click, print, search engine optimization, geo-targeting,
outdoor, online advertising, retargeting, mobile engagement, and
social media advertising.
- Track marketing and advertising results/return on investment and
adjust as needed.
- Perform day-to-day management of all social media channels.
