Job Description: FOTI Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for masonry construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and estimating projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for masonry construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
· Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
· Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
· Ensure that all work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
Requirements:- Proven experience in project management and estimating for masonry or general construction projects.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Compensation details: 65000-95000 Yearly Salary
