Overview: We are seeking a passionate and driven Mass Tort Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mass tort litigation, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of mass tort cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex issues.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Stay current with developments in mass tort law and related regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in West Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mass tort or personal injury litigation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.
