Mass Torts Staff Attorney- Baltimore - CBOHN

Our firm is seeking candidates with 1 to 5 years of mass tort or product liability litigation-related experience. The litigators in the Mass Torts Practice Group represent and defend clients nationally. Successful candidates will possess strong written and oral advocacy skills and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is both a team player and self starter, seeking increasing levels of responsibility. It is essential that the successful candidate have the skill, knowledge, and ability to conduct research and apply laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter. The successful candidate will be expected to take depositions, prepare and argue motions and manage cases from the filing of the complaint to trial. The ideal candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and cooperatively with paralegals, legal practice assistants and staff.
Candidates must be licensed attorneys in Maryland. (New Jersey and New York bar or bar eligibility is a plus).
