About the Job
We are a luxury plastic surgery practice and medspa seeking a skilled and professional Master Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and be well-versed in a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, laser treatments, and non-surgical body contouring. A knowledge of medical grade skin care is a must. The practice features device services that include Coolsculpting Elite, Emsculpt Neo, Emtone, Emsella, Sciton laser (BBL, Halo, TRL), Plasma Pen, Skin Pen, and Aquagold Fine Touch. Candidates do not need to have experience with all of these technologies and training is offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide exceptional service to our clients
- Performs professional facial, body, and laser treatments within scope of practice and licensing
- Develop personalized comprehensive care plans
- Utilizes our practice's professional treatment protocols and adheres to policies set forth to ensure best practices and customers' satisfaction
- Promotes the consistency of health, wellness, and routine skincare benefits to upsell products, services and packages
- Increases patients retention by building relationships
- Participates in promoting services throughout the facility and referral program
- Assists in the cleanliness of spa facility
- Performs administrative duties as needed
- Ensures inventory is stocked with appropriate supplies in treatment rooms
- Ensures standards for infection control is are met in accordance with local, state, federal, OSHA guidelines
- Cleans and sterilizes equipment/instruments and disposes of contaminated supplies according to CDC, OSHA, state and local guidelines
- Attends all staff meetings and promotional events
- Maintains continuing education requirements for master aesthetics recertification
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid VA state license with over 2 years of experience in medical aesthetic
- Ability to multitask, maintain teamwork with positive attitude
- Experienced with Microsoft office and familiar with EMR system
- Plastic Surgery or cosmetic dermatology is a plus
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays and some evenings
- Participation in advanced training and continuing education requirements
- Follows state regulations: cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Possess strong sales orientation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Advocate a strong team and collaborative focus
- Bilingual is a plus
