Santa Maria Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is currently seeking a qualified Automotive Technician with strong production numbers!!

*Up To $55 per clocked hour

We offer an extremely aggressive pay plan with production bonus starting at 75% and up

Requirements:

• Ability to produce strong hours in a given pay period.
• Effectively and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with Dealership and factory standards.
• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Completes all factory required training.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
