The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately create new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module, ensuring seamless data integration and management.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Create new customer records in the SAP Master Data Module.
- Manage account creation, partner function relationships, and various mass-change transactions.
- Process requests for pricing updates, resolve quality notifications, and provide user support.
- Regularly interface with Sales & Service, Finance, and IT personnel.
- Resolve data issues related to quote-to-cash transactions, assist with data migration for future ERP implementations, and handle price entry.
- Perform other sales administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of focused data management experience in SAP or a similar platform preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel (proficient with vLookup, pivot tables, and graphs).
- Detail-oriented and organized with a willingness to follow management guidelines and company best practices.
- Methodical, committed, able to meet tight deadlines, and driven to deliver executional excellence.
