As a Master Electrician/Electrical Manager, you will oversee electrical projects, manage teams, and ensure that all electrical installations meet the highest safety and quality standards. • Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and homeowners to plan and execute electrical projects, ensuring all needs and specifications are met.
• Order and manage necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects, staying within budget and timelines.
• Pull and file electrical permits as required by local and state regulations.
• Perform hands-on electrical work on residential and commercial sites, maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure smooth project completion.
• Supervise and mentor electrical staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date with electrical codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with a strong track record in residential and commercial work.
• Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Michigan.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and local/state codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of electricians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high safety standards.
