Your New Role

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled plumbers, promoting high performance and continuous development
• Plan, prioritize, and execute plumbing projects while enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Assess plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance on complex projects
• Manage inventory, equipment, and cross-department coordination to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct quality audits, leverage the Nexstar Service System, and build a positive, productive team environment

• Valid Master Plumber license and proven leadership or management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in plumbing with in-depth knowledge of systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, and ability to pass a background check
