ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in the Fort Meade, Maryland area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Develops and maintains a master production schedule for the organization
+ Analyze forecasts of customer needs, the capacity to provide deliverables, and inventory levels to ensure deadlines are met and costs are contained to the maximum extent possible
+ Work closely with various departments such as software development, procurement, and customer service to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth execution of the production schedule
+ Monitor and report on the status of scheduled events and adjust as necessary to meet changing demand or capacity constraints
+ Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff. Report to the Business Operations Director IV
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline
+ Twelve or more (12+) years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in an IT-related discipline
+ Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint
+ Experience in data, project, and time management
+ Experience in strategy and problem solving
+ Experience with logistics data analytics, metrics collection, and reporting
Clearance Requirements:
+ This position requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a polygraph
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $148,800.00-$249,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
