Masters Competitive Swim Coach - YMCA of the North Shore - Multiple locations - YMCA of the North Shore

Are you a natural leader with a competitive drive? Do you have a background in swimming or aquatics that you want to bring to the next level...

 The YMCA of the North Shore Sharks Swim Team, with training sites in Beverly, Gloucester, and  Marblehead, is looking for part-time swim coaches for our Masters Level Team. 

Hours for these positions vary by site and can include early mornings and early evenings Sunday through Friday. 

Any training and coaching certifications will be covered by the YMCA. 

Compensation depends on experience. 

Candidates should have:

 2 years of swim coaching experience or experience as a competitive swimmer

 Knowledge of stroke technique

The ability to write workouts

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude
