About the Job
Position Title: Material Handler
Wage: $17.00/Hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Obtains and records accurate counts of finished products to be shipped and received
- Performs daily forklift inspections as well as fills out inspection sheet
- Using sit down forklift load and unload trucks (AE is trained and certified prior to use)
- Verifies all shipments before and after loading truck to assure the proper job is being loaded
- Obtains correct receipts form carriers with full information
- Stores received materials in proper storage areas
Requirements For Material Handler:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand, bend, twist, crouch, kneel, walk, and reach for up to 8hrs a day
- Must be able to sit, drive and operate foot controls
- Previous forklift experience is required
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in plain English
- High School Diploma or equivalent education is required
