Basic Purpose and Scope:
The Material Handler III is fully trained and has the ability to perform all hourly functions within the warehouse, including the use of a forklift

Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always
2. Drive powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices to move materials and/or accurately pick/stack customer orders or receive vendor orders - 80%
3. Manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting devices - 20%
4. Ability to perform each hourly role within warehouse and fill in as needed - Ongoing
5. Train co-workers as needed - Ongoing
6. Maintain accurate inventory and inventory transactions - Ongoing
7. Receive materials into Litehouse facilities and operating systems accurately - Ongoing
8. Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements - Ongoing
9. Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor - Ongoing
10. Utilize hand-held scanner data collection system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability - Ongoing
11. Must be able to achieve and maintain certification to operate industrial powered equipment appropriate for this position - Ongoing
12. Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary - Ongoing
13. Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds - Ongoing
14. Other activities and duties as assigned - Ongoing

Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Work:
1. Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
2. Certifications: None
3. Experience: one year as Material Handler II and ability to perform and fill in for all warehouse functions and roles
4. Must be detail orientated and must maintain accurate documentation
5. Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision
6. Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language
7. Ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment
8. Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
