Material Handler - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Material Handler to join a client located near the San Jose/Santa Clara border. This role can be a temp-to-hire role based on performance. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. This is a Material Handler role with a focus on RMA's.

Job Duties:

• Handle the receiving of incoming products and process.
• Keep accurate inventory.
• Inspect products prior to shipment.
• Communicate with clients regarding status of returns.
• Generate and send out RMA reports.
• Assist with finding ways to improve RMA processes.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
