QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quality maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on various types of material handling machines: to include forklifts, man lifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and various other machinery and attachments.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines.
• Troubleshoot and repair powertrain and various other systems.
• Troubleshoot technology systems on machines.
• Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairing material handling equipment.
• Utilize torch and welder for basic skills for cutting, brazing, and welding during disassembly or assembly processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write service reports.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to fulfill the essential functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

EXPERIENCE

Entry level to 4 years equipment repair experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

Class C Driver License

COMPENSATION

Wage Range $16.34 to $32.33

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
