About This Role
We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Receives and disburses material or parts to internal and external customers requesting material transactions.
* Verifies material or equipment and amounts against information on various incoming and outgoing documents.
* Responsible for assuring parts/materials are properly identified and packaged.
* Ensures all material is available on the manufacturing floor to keep production running efficiently.
* Locates parts/materials in proper storage areas in accordance with manufacturing procedures.
* Maintains records of materials received, disbursed, shipped and on hand.
* Responsible for assuring inventory accuracy and record integrity by monitoring all inventory transactions and records.
* Assists with yearly 100% inventory.
* Reconciles complex material and equipment physical/records discrepancies.
* Performs administrative tasks associated with assisting area supervision.
* May move material by hand truck or forklift within assigned storage area.
* Practices good safety habits and maintains good housekeeping.
* Performs other clerical or material handling duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Typically requires minimum of three years of experience with a high school diploma.
* Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
* High attention to detail to maintain transactional accuracy.
* Ability to read, comprehend and execute documented business processes.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
