Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when necessary.
• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that inventory levels are adequate and to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data and generate reports for management reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements that will increase inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain procedures for material handling and inventory control.
• Ensure that materials are properly labeled and stored according to safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of materials management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
