Position Summary:

You will be responsible for inventory control, job order material usage reconciliation, and inventory reconciliation. This role will be supporting raw materials, finished goods and chemical handling. You will coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure the inventory is accurate and appropriate to meet demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue materials to assigned jobs physically and in ERP System.

• Communicate any materials shortages to appropriate departments as needed.

• Maintain and monitor inventory controls systems for raw materials and finished stock.

• Support or provide back-up support to Shipping, Production and Inventory Control functions.

Must Have:

• High School diploma or GED

• Must be able to frequently lift up to 15 pounds and/or move and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Proficiency in using and maintaining computerized inventory record keeping systems.

• Inventory and management control experience and discipline

Good to have:

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

• The right person for this opportunity, should be out-going, easy to communicate with and be flexible.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred.

Salary Range: $17.50-$20.00
