Materials Coordinator at Manpower

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing inventory? If so we have a position for you! Our client is currently seeking a Materials Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the efficient functioning of the warehouse procedures! If you have experience with SAP and possess strong inventory management skills we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Materials Coordinator

Location: Westside of Jacksonville FL

Pay Range: $16.75 - 21.55 

Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm

What’s the Job?

The material coordinator will oversee and assist planners with issuing material to production while maintaining physical and SAP inventory
.
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the warehouse material clerk to assure inventory balance.
• Plan Work Order according to Sale Order and sales need.
• Schedule meeting with production, BOM, process, and QA to discuss new Work Order.
• Prepare manufacturing order.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure materials are correct and transferred.
• Keep track of production output to determine future orders for production.
• Keep track of raw materials at our third-party warehouse
• Work with material planner to avoid shortage.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• SAP savvy
