About the Job
ECU Health Physicians and East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine, Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine located in Greenville, North Carolina, are seeking a full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join their growing division. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a certificate of special competence in Maternal Fetal Medicine from the American Board. New graduates and Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

The faculty members' interests and skills include:
- Consultation for regional providers concerning high-risk pregnancies-
- Outpatient Management of High-Risk Pregnancies, 9,000+ visits (2,000 patients per year)
- Pre-conception Counseling
- Full range of fetal diagnostic procedures including amniocentesis, PUBS, CVS, etc
- Fetal therapy including intrauterine transfusion, amino infusion, drug therapy, twin to twin transfusion syndrome, etc.
- Clinical research with basic science collaboration

ECU Health Maynard Children’s Hospital, located on the campus of ECU Health Medical Center, is designed to care for children from newborns to 18 years of age. The 206,499 square foot 198-bed facility provides highly specialized services including a pediatric intensive care (PICU), neonatal intensive care (NICU), kids immunosuppressed specialty unit (KISU), specialty care nursery, mother-baby unit, pediatric ECMO services, 24/7 children’s emergency department, acute dialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), pediatric radiology, pediatric rehabilitation, general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, and craniofacial surgery.
