Qualifications / Requirements:?

• MD/DO?
• Unrestricted State Medical License
• Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
• Completion of ACGME accredited Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program
• Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency Program
• Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• BLS
