With nearly 2,000 retail locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, Mavis is the fifth largest independently-held tire sales and automotive repair chain in the United States.

About the Position of Inbound Telesales Representative

At Mavis, our Inbound Telesales Representatives create, develop and retain relationships with our customers by addressing customer concerns, placing customer orders and scheduling service appointments at our retail locations. By following Mavis's proven sales processes and generating new sales leads, our Inbound Telesales Representatives aid in the development of Mavis's expanding customer base. To build and maintain customer relationships, and to ensure our customer experience goals are met, Mavis's Inbound Telesales Representatives must provide unparalleled quality customer service.

Qualifications

Mavis recruits team members who share our commitment to meeting the needs of our growing customer base by providing exceptional customer care. To be eligible for the position of Inbound Telesales Representative, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and, (3) possess 1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced, high volume inbound call center.
