TITLE: Maximo MAS Migration AWS COTS Migration Specialist
Description:
The Client currently utilizes Maximo as its enterprise supply chain management solution. Branded as the Asset Management System (AMS), Maximo has been configured to meet Client-specific needs. Under the System Operations Unit (SOU) within the Accounting and Technology Section (ATS), the team uses Agile methodology to provide support for infrastructure, enterprise integration, software development, and technical support for the AMS application. In doing so, AMS supports business processes to include, but not limited to, tracking the lifecycle of accountable and non-accountable assets; managing asset receipt, creating tracking, maintenance, disposal, and valuation processes; providing greater visibility into asset history; automating commonly used forms and requests for service; and embedding workflow and email notifications into everyday asset management processes and preventative maintenance tracking. In addition, the team performs these duties to support the annual enterprise inventory process.
TASKS:
The Maximo MAS Migration AWS COTS Migration Specialist will have responsibility to execute the migration of an existing configured COTS Maximo 7.6.x application environment from Red Hat virtual systems to the current IBM MAS Maximo Application Suite. The Specialist will install, configure, and secure OpenShift environment prior to installing the MAS system and preparing it for testing. Will assist with resolving security findings from vulnerability scans and with creation of Telecommunication and ATO artifacts .

MUST HAVES:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- 5+ Years Professional Experience
- Implementation of Red Hat OpenShift systems in AWS SC2S environments.
- AWS Architecture and Security
- RedHat Linus Core
- OpenShift
- Cloud Pack for Data
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, project team members, and C-suite executives equally.
- Bachelor's Degree
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect

- Implementation of MAS on AWS, database migration, application testing.
- Automated testing design
- System administration automation
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Obtaining Telecommunication and ATO for government systems
- IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Manage v8.0 Certification
