We are seeking an experienced Maximo Techno-Functional Lead to work with a Randstad client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant technical experience in leadership or a Subject Matter Expert capacity, focusing on Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Maximo, extensive experience with complex EAM implementations, and a strong background in system integration with applications such as SAP, timekeeping, and labor management systems. The candidate will also possess robust programming, systems analysis, and cloud-based architecture expertise, with proven leadership skills to bridge technical solutions with business needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of Maximo systems, including modifications, interfaces, and conversions.
- Provide expertise in complex EAM implementations, including all project phases.
- Oversee the integration of Maximo with various applications such as SAP, timekeeping systems, labor management systems, and IoT/advanced analytics.
- Manage API engineering for REST and SOAP-based services and leverage IaaS/PaaS/SaaS delivery models.
- Provide leadership in the development and operation of internet-scale web applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Identify, propose, and execute business solutions to optimize EAM and technology use.
- Communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead development teams, providing direction for system integrations and enhancements.
- Stay current with Maximo-related technologies, including IBM Maximo Asset Management V7.6.1 and MAS8 (preferred).
- Configure Maximo components, including IIS, WebSphere, Maximo Asset Management Suite, and Spatial tools.
- Develop custom business intelligence reports using BIRT, Actuate, or Cognos.
