Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk with experience in vehicle sales processing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and accurate document flow and manage any missing information.
• Verify and maintain inventory schedules with management oversight.
• Reconcile schedules and process paperwork promptly.
• Accurately post new and used vehicle deals to the accounting ledger.
• Submit and claim rebates with manufacturers.
• Manage dealer trades and wholesale transactions.
• Post accounting entries related to all vehicle and wholesale sales.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Automotive Billing (1+ year preferred), Accounting (1+ year preferred)
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Superior organization and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Details:

• Location: On-site, single location
