MD/DO - Senior Care Services - ThedaCare, Inc.

ThedaCare, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system is seeking a Senior Care Physician to join our established team. You will be responsible for working with PALTC patients in community living facilities to create a relationship while administering high quality patient care. 

Position Details: 

• 2 Full-time or Part-time options available with flexible schedules!
• Locations: 1 Physician needed for the Fox Valley and 1 Physician needed for Berlin/Oshkosh
• The team consists of 5 Physicians and 8 APC's
• On-Call by phone only
• Patient census: 8-12 
• Support staff includes RNs and schedulers who help to coordinate provider visits, communicate with facilities, and triage phone calls.
